Three Term Ratio
-compares three quantities measured in the same unit.
eg. a:b:c, a to b to c, 3:4:3
Part to Part Ratio
-compares different parts of the group to each other
eg. part:part
Part to Whole Ratio
-compares one part of the group to the group
eg part:whole
Proportional Reasoning
-a relationship that says that two ratios or two rates are equal
eg. 3/4=6/8

ReplyDeleteGood job Nils! You're definitions and examples were all there but it kind of got me confused because the "rate, unit rate etc" were in the middle and the definitions were on the left side. Next time try to put then all on one side. Although, I really enjoyed your video. It was interesting and simple. Keep it up!
